AGM 2009-2010 -
Annual General Meeting of Royal College Class of ‘ 72 for the year 2009/2010 was successfully held on 14th July 2009 at the Women’s International Cub Hall, Guilford Crescent, Colombo 7, with a large number of members participating. The Chief Guest was the Principal of Royal College and Guests of Honour were Hony. Secretary Royal College Union , Rizan Nazeer and Hony. Treasurer of Royal College Union, Athula Munsinghe.The meeting was presided over by President Shanker Somasunderam.

Felicitation Ceremony for the two Service Commanders
Felicitation Ceremony for the two Service Commanders organized by the “ Royal Taverners ” of which “ Royal College Class of ‘72 ” is an active and a strong member, ended as a great success and we are proud to say that the majority of participants were from Class of ‘ 72. It was a night of Glamour, Glory and Pride for all those who were present and indeed was a proud day for Class of ‘ 72 , as our own Past President Mahesh Chandrasekera in his capacity as the President of “Royal Taverners” gave away the momentos to the two commanders and had the privilege of delivering the Vote of Thanks. Our own colleague Amal Nanayakkara played a major role as the Compere at this ceremony.
